Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

As the Receptionist, your first role is as the intermediary between the public and LMDG. You are the face and voice of the LMDG brand. This means you have courteous presence over the phone and a welcoming and professional manner to our clients and guests.
Your second role is as an office administrative assistant handling the duties relating to reception and supporting the other administrative staff and the technical staff. This means administrative tasks and other support functions will be delegated to you, typically by the administrative staff, but occasionally by a technical staffer.
To be successful you will need to multi-task and keep to strict deadlines. You will be asked to make judgment calls on the timelines of deliverables, so it’s important to quickly familiarize yourself with the operation and timing of the courier service we use.

Daily Task will include the following:
Answering Phones
Sending and receiving Couriers, Mail, and Deliveries
Managing the In/Out Board as per vacation and sick time of the staff
Greet Visitors
Manage Boardroom Scheduling
Daily Filing
Manage incoming documentation and record in Received log
Updating Corporate Contacts
Assist Technical and Administrative Assistant with Report Assembly
Liaising with Building Management as necessary
Large Format Drawing Orders
Phone System Maintenance
Office Supply Inventory ordering and tracking
