This position reports to the Financial Controller working closely with general accounting and administrative duties within the team.

General Accounting including accounting data, bank reconciliation, invoicing, maintain account records, maintain filing, record systems, emailing, photocopying. Good knowledge of accounts receivable and payables.

Administrative duties will include assisting other team members within the admin team with projects, propsals and other sundry. Knowledge with Ajera system and Quick Books is an asset.
